QUESTIONS, WITH CARE
From uncertainty
to understanding.
The donor provides eggs. A gestational carrier carries an embryo created using an intended parent’s or donor’s egg and the permitted sperm source. She does not provide the egg, so she has no genetic link through that egg. Egg donation does not always require surrogacy.
Yes. Use the inquiry form to describe your circumstances and questions; online consultation can be discussed there. An inquiry is not consent to treatment. Before committing, request a written explanation of services, fees, cancellation terms and which professionals provide medical and legal advice.
There is no universal rule. Treatment-country law and home-country recognition may depend on nationality, residence, marriage, age, medical need or genetic connection. A clinic and lawyers in the relevant jurisdictions must check your actual circumstances before payment or treatment; availability elsewhere is not proof of eligibility.
Prepare nationality/residence, family circumstances, a brief treatment history, whether eggs/sperm/embryos are stored, your goals and budget questions. Share medical records only through an agreed appropriate channel. Ask which clinic, lawyer and coordinator handle each stage, what language support is available, and what requires travel.
The receiving clinic assesses medical suitability, records, screening, consent and laboratory requirements. Existing embryos are not automatically accepted. Cross-border shipment needs specialised transport and compliance with both countries’ rules. Confirm acceptance, permissions, costs and timing before arranging transfer of stored material.
Review the permitted profile, medical/family history, infection screening and relevant genetic counselling with the clinic. Available information and future identity disclosure vary by law and consent. Height, education or an IQ result do not predict or guarantee a child’s intelligence, appearance or health; screening cannot remove every risk.
Clinical review considers medical and pregnancy history, with appropriate psychosocial assessment. Both sides discuss expectations, contact, privacy, support and difficult pregnancy decisions. Matching is mutual, not a one-sided selection from photographs. Each party needs independent legal advice; the carrier retains control of consent to her medical care.
IVF combines eggs and sperm in a laboratory dish; ICSI injects one sperm into a mature egg. Both aim to create embryos outside the body. After culture, an embryo is placed into the carrier’s uterus through a fine catheter (ET). Retrieval, fertilisation and transfer are different procedures and may occur in different cycles.
No. PGT has specific indications and limitations, and does not guarantee a healthy birth or benefit every patient. More embryos increase the risk of multiple pregnancy and associated complications; single-embryo transfer is generally preferred for carriers. Ask your clinician for case-specific evidence and live-birth outcomes, not a guaranteed result.
The clinical team reviews what happened and any care or recovery needed. Options depend on remaining embryos, medical findings, consent and legal agreements; another retrieval or transfer is not automatic. Clarify repeat-treatment fees, cancellation/refund terms and emotional support before the first cycle, then decide whether to continue after reviewing the results.
Separate agency coordination, clinic/IVF, medication, donor/carrier expenses, legal advice, insurance, delivery, newborn care, translation, travel and accommodation. Ask about repeat transfers, miscarriage, complications, NICU, extended stays, storage and refunds. Confirm currency, payment milestones and who holds funds. A headline package price may exclude substantial items.
There is no fixed total duration. Legal review, donor/carrier availability, tests, embryo creation, contracts and transfer come before pregnancy; repeat cycles can extend this. Birth registration, parentage and travel documents add time after delivery. Request stage-by-stage estimates and contingencies rather than treating an egg-retrieval schedule as the whole journey.
Visits depend on clinic requirements, sample collection, legal procedures and whether existing material can be shipped. Plan flexible arrival before birth and allow for early delivery, newborn care and documents. The post-birth stay cannot be promised in advance. Check entry/exit rules and changeable accommodation and return flights.
No. Parentage at birth, required consents, court orders and recognition abroad depend on the relevant laws. A foreign birth certificate may not be sufficient in your home country. Obtain independent advice in both jurisdictions before treatment, including what must happen before and after birth and after returning home.
Ask the relevant consulate before treatment; birth location alone does not settle every nationality question. Requirements may include parentage records, certified birth documents, translations, consent and sometimes DNA evidence. Nationality, passport eligibility and permission to enter/leave are separate checks. Do not assume immediate departure after birth.
Confirm which data are collected, who receives them, retention and the applicable disclosure rules before sharing sensitive documents. Do not assume lifelong donor anonymity. Agree pregnancy updates with the carrier’s consent. Medical/donor records may matter to the child later; discuss appropriate record preservation and age-appropriate information about their origins.
This recruitment is for applicants aged 18–28 inclusive, at least 165 cm tall, with an IQ test result of 110 or above. These are programme selection criteria, not universal medical rules or a guarantee of acceptance. Clinical suitability is assessed separately; meeting these criteria does not guarantee matching or retrieval.
Open “Egg donor — request your test” and enter your email twice and height. We email a link to an approximately 15-minute IQ test and a personal formal-application link. Save the result PDF and submit it with the formal form. Requesting a test alone is not a completed formal application.
Provide name, date of birth, height/weight, education and school name, occupation, address and phone. Upload three unedited full-body photos, three unedited face photos and the IQ-result PDF. Your personal link prefills the email. Check all details before sending and complete the anti-bot verification; do not send another person’s documents.
You receive a submission acknowledgment. Applicants considered suitable after an overall review receive interview information by email within a few business days. Interviews and additional tests precede any candidate registration. The database is managed by authorised staff, not accessible to applicants. Registration does not guarantee a client match or retrieval date.
Treatment involves hormone injections, monitoring visits and egg collection, often with sedation. Discomfort and bloating can occur; ovarian hyperstimulation, bleeding, infection and anaesthetic complications are among risks requiring explanation. The clinic must assess individual suitability, explain urgent warning signs and provide follow-up instructions. No application criterion makes treatment risk-free.
The programme states compensation of 10,000 USD after retrieval, subject to the advance agreement and applicable law. Recruitment is limited to height 165+ cm and IQ 110+. Amount, timing, method, treatment/hotel coverage and cancellation conditions must be explained before you decide. Do not assume payment for a cycle that stops early; ask for written terms.
A test request or application is not consent to egg donation. Understand the medical process, risks, future use of eggs and identity/disclosure rules before giving informed consent. Withdrawal rights and deadlines depend on local law and treatment stage; ask the clinic and an independent adviser before signing. Contact the clinic promptly if you reconsider.
