Short IQ test & formal application
Follow the email instructions to take the short IQ test. Then attach your results to the formal application form linked in the email, complete the required details and submit it.
Online interview & additional test
Applicants who meet the requirements are invited to an online interview. An interpreter joins to explain the program and answer questions. You will also take an additional test lasting about 20–30 minutes.
Registration in the donor database
Successful applicants are registered in the organizer’s egg donor database and wait for a match with a client. Registration does not guarantee that egg retrieval will take place or when it will happen.

From matching
to egg retrieval
Following explanations and assessment at the clinic,
you decide whether to take the next step.
Consultation & tests at the designated clinic
If a client selects you, you attend the designated clinic for a doctor’s consultation, blood tests, ultrasound and other examinations. The doctor assesses your health and determines whether you can donate eggs.
You will receive explanations of the procedures, physical demands and risks, and how the donated eggs will be used. Consent is requested only after you understand and accept this information. Examinations and scheduling take time, so retrieval does not happen immediately after matching.
Travel to the clinic
Travel to the designated clinic in time for ovarian stimulation. For longer distances, you may travel by air; if you are nearby, a car, train or other suitable transport can be used. All transportation costs for travel to the designated clinic are covered by the agency.
Ovarian stimulation Approximately 8–14 days
Treatment begins only if the doctor considers it appropriate. Daily hormone injections help several eggs develop. If you self-inject, medical staff will show you how.
You will attend several monitoring visits for ultrasound and blood tests to check egg development and your health. Daily hospitalization is usually unnecessary. Donors traveling from afar stay in a hotel; the organizer covers all necessary treatment and hotel accommodation costs.
Egg retrieval & recovery
Once the eggs have developed sufficiently, a final injection triggers maturation. Retrieval is usually about 36 hours later. The clinic will give you the exact date and time.
The procedure usually takes about 20–30 minutes. Under sedation or anesthesia, eggs are collected using a thin needle passed through the vagina with ultrasound guidance. It does not usually involve an abdominal incision.
Afterward, you rest at the clinic while staff check your condition. Follow your doctor’s advice on returning home or traveling, and on resuming work and exercise.

After retrieval, the full amount agreed in advance is paid. The amount, timing and payment method will be explained before you decide to participate.
This program recruits donors who are at least 165 cm tall and have an IQ of 110 or above. Because recruitment is limited to applicants who meet these criteria, compensation is set at USD 10,000, paid after egg retrieval.
